We offer a no-question 45-day return/exchange, which is the longest on the market. If the item is damaged or not in new condition, then the item can't be returned. Like everything else in life, ballistic materials will deteriorate over time. It is recommended that you replace the ballistic panels every 5 years or so to have the proper protection.
