Do you ship to Canada & EU?

Yes, we do, except for anything above level III. Certain helmets are restricted as well.

We do not ship to BC or Manitoba unless you have an active Body Armor permit or are exempt under applicable law. For Alberta, you can use either your PAL or body armor permit.

All other international customers, please email us before placing your order.

How does your return/exchange/warranty work?

Accepted Answer

We offer a no-question 45-day return/exchange, which is the longest on the market. If the item is damaged or not in new condition, then the item can't be returned.

Base warranty covers the internal (hard and soft panels) for up to 6 years, and 1 year for outer carriers, poly-spray coating, fabric/TPU coverings.

In addition to our standard warranty, we will also replace your vest for FREE within the warranty period if you get shot, as long as you can provide us with a verifiable police report. Make sure you register the vest on our site and save the serial number/lot number.

How long do bulletproof vests last?

Like everything else in life, ballistic materials will deteriorate over time. It is recommended that you replace the ballistic panels every 5 years or so to have the proper protection.

What are the biggest mistakes someone makes when buying body armor?

Accepted Answer

1) Using clothing sizes as his/her reference to buy body armor. Body armor doesn't fit like regular garments, they don't wear like jackets or hang like jeans. Use the actual measurements as the reference.

2) Overbuying the protection. Doesn't matter how thin or how light the body armor is, it will never be as comfortable as a puff jacket. When you are tired, every oz is like a lb. If you only need a IIIA with knife protection, then you don't need to buy the level III or level IV plates.

3) Expecting every brand to fit the same and have the same size. Most of the time, if a company designs its own panels as we do. The panels will be different than other brands. Just like the US Armor® panels won't fit the Safariland's SecondChance and PointBlank carriers. For instance, our XL measurements are like XXL for some other brands. Always check out the size chart before placing an order.

Due to the higher demand for our products, our inventory changes almost every hour. If the item you ordered was out of stock, you will receive a follow-up email to inform you of the availability issue, and the payment will be refunded right away upon confirmation.
